If you meet the eligibility requirements, applying for membership involves two steps: completing the Application for Membership and submitting Letters of Recommendation.
Application for Membership
For your convenience, an online application is provided. Simply fill in the fields and submit.
Letters of Recommendation
To complete your application process, you must also submit written letters of recommendation from two members in good standing of the Association. Although there is no requirement that the letter of recommendation follow any specific form, a printer-friendly sample letter in PDF format is provided.

You will be notified of the action taken by the Committee and, if approved, you will be sent a statement for the annual dues of $150.00 for full members and $100.00 for associate members.
