Eligibility Requirements for Full Membership
- An attorney must be a member in good standing of the Arkansas State Bar
- The applicant must be engaged primarily in the defense of suits on behalf of individuals, insurance companies and corporations, and
- Have a minimum of three years of practice
Candidates for Associate Membership
- Attorneys licensed in Arkansas with less than three years of practice, or
- Attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions, regardless of the number of years the out-of-state attorney has practiced, who otherwise meet the eligiblity requirements for membership
