Selecting A Judge (12.03.01)
All lawyers should be aware of the Arkansas Statute which allows you to select your judge when filing a complaint in the Thirteenth Judicial District. This can be very important when filing a declaratory judgment in which you want a summary judgment. You should contact the court clerk to learn how to select a judge or any AADC member in this district.

Defense verdict in Union County Circuit Second Division. Judge Jane Doe. Plaintiff attorney Jon Smith. Defense attorney Sue Jones. Accident at intersection. Plaintiff alleged he had green light. Three witnesses testified defendant had green light. Officer testified he smelled alcohol on plaintiff. Medical specials $25,000.
